INITIO Inc. said it signed contracts to display the
company’s Deerskin Catalog site on AOL, Excite,
Netscape, GeoCities, iMall, Motley Fool, Infoseek, Alta Vista and Webcrawler.

The advertising program will consist of banners, as well as fixed buttons that
link directly to the Deerskin site. Financial arrangements and agency details
were not disclosed.

Since 1944, the company has sold leather and suede apparel and accessories
directly to the public via printed catalogs. The company launched its e-commerce site in August.

“With the addition of this Internet site, INITIO can now reach out to an ever expanding number of
potential customers instantaneously,” said Daniel DeStefano, INITIO’s founder and chairman. “We anticipate that this will translate
into increasing revenues and earnings for the company.”
