Web advertising network LinkExchange established
partnerships with more than 100 leading Internet companies, including Best
Internet Communications, Mindspring, SimpleNet, WebChat and the Internet Mall.

Partnering companies refer Web site owners to join LinkExchange, a
cooperative advertising network.

LinkExchange claims 200,000 Web sites that display millions of ads for one
another and reach more than 30% of all Web users (based on November 1997
results from Media Metrix, the PC Meter company.)

San Francisco-based LinkExchange provides customers with online resources in
the LinkExchange Web Resource Center, discounts on Web-related products and
services in the LinkExchange Clubhouse, and the opportunity to participate in
the LinkExchange Digest, a daily e-mail discussion list that is focused on
the needs of Web site owners and marketers.
