Marino Group Wins National ACusa.com Account

San Diego-based The Marino Group, a full service marketing
organization, said it will be handling all aspects of marketing, advertising
and public relations for the ACusa.com (Auctions And Classifieds USA)
organization.

Based in Oak Ridge, TN, ACusa.com is developing a community-focused Internet
site that allows charities to receive benefits from auctions taking place
throughout the United States.

The Northland Group, a technology based consulting group involved in
marketing, capital fund raising and public relations for ACusa.com,
contracted with the Marino Group for the launch of the site. The campaign
will entail direct mail and advertising programs. Billings were not disclosed.

“ACUSA is promoting an online auction site with a bevy of very cool and
innovative, and engaging features that sets it apart from other Web-based
auction sites,” said Gerald Marino, managing director of The Marino Group.
“Our group is very excited about meeting the challenge of promoting a state
of the art technology to the public nationwide.”

Marino Group clients have included, Union Bank of California, TCG CERFnet,
@Backup, U.S. Department of Commerce, Sunbelt Publications, Pearl
Technologies, Mainstream Magazine, Capital Security Systems/ATM PowerBuilder
and Strathmoor Press.
