MySoftware Changes Name to ClickAction Inc.

ClickAction Inc., formerly MySoftware
Co., announced a name change “to underscore the company’s commitment to the
fast growing e-marketing industry.”

The company also launched ClickAction ERM 4.0 (E-mail Relationship
Management), calling it a “state-of-the-art e-mail marketing service.”

Request-based ERM 4.0 includes an exclusive e-mail prospecting service to
help clients find new customers and drive traffic to their sites, plus
features that increase enterprise functionality, testing capabilities and
ease of use, the company said.

Clients include R.R. Donnelly, Wards, L.L. Bean, Dean and Deluca, the NBA,
Coach, Talbots, and Sara Lee, among others.
