networking and marketing services aimed at reaching out to its target
audience of small and mid-size businesses.
24/7 Media will provide officesupplies.com with banner advertising, as well
as develop affiliate marketing programs with participants in the 24/7 Network
and ContentZone Network of Web sites. officesupplies.com also will purchase
advertising on the networks.
Financial details were not disclosed.

Formed in February 1999 by incubator company Breakthrough Commerce LLC,
officesupplies.com offers individual, small and mid-size business customers
over 18,000 items for sale.
Separately, UnoDosTres.com, a family focused
e-business operation targeting U.S Hispanics, signed with 24/7 Media to
represent UnoDosTres.com for all advertising and direct marketing services.
