WPP Group, through its OgilvyOne Worldwide strategic planning
and market research operation, will acquire new media agency Mediaquest SARL.
Financial terms were not disclosed.

Founded in 1995, Mediaquest clients include France Telecom SA, Electricite de
France and LVMH Moet Hennessy Louis Vuitton SA.

WPP, which also owns J. Walter Thompson and the Hill and Knowlton Inc. public
relations firm, is targeting acquisitions specializing in health care, direct
marketing and Internet communications.

Mediaquest will be merged with OgilvyOne’s French operation OgilvyInteractive.
The combined entity will create one of the five biggest Internet advertising
companies in France, WPP said.
