Personify Signs Six New Customers

San Francisco-based Personify Inc., a provider of e-marketing
software and services, said that Blue Shield of California, Creative,
Hoover’s Online, Patagonia, Peet’s Coffee & Tea and Volvo have signed to use
Personify’s marketing intelligence software.

Personify’s solution anticipates the needs of Web site visitors, uncover the
most effective ways to convert them to customers, and creates and delivers
targeted offers.

Jenny Genosa, interactive marketing manager of Volvo, said the company is “committed to
learning more about the purchase needs and interests of our online audience
in order to improve the car buying experience in our dealer showrooms.
Personify gives us a fast
and continuous way to access which features all our customers — loyal and
potential — desire most in their Volvo and why.”

Personify software provides an immediate way to measure the ROI of online
advertising campaigns, cross-selling promotions and editorial content.
Blue Shield of California’s mylifepath is a
free online health and wellness service for Californians. Creative is a provider of
multimedia products and peripherals. Hoover’s Online is a provider of business
information on the Web. Patagonia is an outdoor equipment
and clothing retailer. Peet’s Coffee & Tea markets coffee and offers
additional information such as coffee complements, gift ideas and brewing
tips and instructions.
