Poker.com Inc. established a marketing relationship with 1for1.com Media Exchange to use its Ad-Remote
service to host and monitor all of Poker.com’s advertisers.

The technology is similar to that of DoubleClick. and AdForce, said
1for1.com, a banner management network that was established in May 1999 and
now claims more than nine million viewers each month.

Financial arrangements
were not disclosed.

Poker.com licenses turnkey Internet gaming systems and has the exclusive
worldwide rights to market the poker.com domain name. The company’s main
sources of revenue will be derived from licensing and royalty fees, an opt-in
advertising program, banner advertising, and retail e-commerce sales.

Poker.com said it intends to establish www.poker.com as the ultimate gaming portal
for the Internet.
