Restrac, JWT Specialized Communications Form Partnership

Restrac Inc., a provider of networked
recruiting solutions, said it partnered with JWT Specialized
Communications, the nation’s fourth largest employment communications company.

JWT Specialized Communications’ ResumeWorks resume pool broadens the Restrac
WebHire site and strengthens the company’s
commitment to Internet recruiting, Restrac said.

ResumeWorks, which will now be available as a Restrac PartnerPool to WebHire
customers and JWT Specialized Communications’ clients, includes more than
25,000 current resumes sourced through the Internet.

Lexington, MA-based Restrac also said that JWT Specialized Communications is
the first Restrac WebHire reseller to offering the WebHire service to its
customers as a Web-enabled recruiting platform. Hiring organizations can both
search and manage candidate responses received from print and Web-based
recruitment advertising.

“In today’s tight labor market, HR organizations in all industries are
challenged with sourcing quality candidates,” said Tim McManus, vice
president, Internet Products at Restrac. “Restrac’s new Internet-based
PartnerPools provide organizations with large, diverse collections of
qualified candidates ready for immediate searching. Adding JWT Specialized
Communications as a resume content partner gives our customers access to an
additional rich source of qualified candidates . . .”

Restrac WebHire is an Internet-based candidate management service. Recruiters
use Restrac’s concept-based searching to narrow the database of applicants to
those with the most relevant skills and experience. Recruiters can review and
annotate individual resumes, forward resumes to colleagues via electronic mail
and monitor the progress of applicants for status reports. Clients include
American Express, AT&T, Digital Equipment Corporation, Johnson & Johnson, Liz
Claiborne, Millennium Pharmaceuticals, Microsoft and Software Artistry.

JWT Specialized Communications, a J. Walter Thompson company, is a diversified
$200 million employment and marketing communications agency.
