London-based Scoot.com plc signed an agreement with 24/7 Media Europe to market a substantial
part of its banner advertising and sponsorship inventory, beginning in April.

Scoot said it has experienced significant growth in its Internet usage and has
built up an audience reach that enables it to attract large corporate clients
to advertise
and or sponsor portions of its Web sites in the UK, the Netherlands and
Belgium.

“The relationship will help us to rapidly establish a corporate advertising
and
sponsorship base offering our clearly targeted online audiences locally,
nationally and
internationally through the three Scoot networks,” said Robert Bonnier, CEO of
Scoot.

Gordon Simpson, CEO of 24/7 Media Europe, said: “The European Internet
advertising market is growing rapidly, mainly as a result of the enhanced
targeting opportunity offered by those sites which recognize the commercial
implications of their inventory. Scoot’s three Web properties are ideally
placed to generate results for advertisers seeking branding and direct
response opportunities. We are very pleased to have reached agreement to bring
these sites to market.”
