E-commerce operation ShopNow.com launched its first holiday
television commercial, entitled “Shopping Mall Santa.”

ShopNow.com hired the Seattle office of THINK New Ideas to produce a humorous look
at online retailing. Billings were not disclosed.

The television spot will appear on A&E, Discovery, CNBC, MSNBC, TNN, TBS, TLC
and CNN.

“The Shopping Mall Santa spot will register with busy and crazed consumers
during the holidays,” said Bill Toliver, managing director of Think New Ideas
Seattle.

“Nobody wants to fight mall crowds so we created an ad that shows
ShopNow.com as the perfect alternative to traditional holiday shopping, and
that it’s truly the shortest distance between you and the stuff you want.”

ShopNow.com Inc. offers business-to-business and business-to-consumer
e-commerce services to businesses. Its ShopNow Network is comprised of online
access to more than 30,000 businesses and over two million shoppers.

CommerceTrust.com, a division of
ShopNow.com Inc., provides business-to-business e-commerce products and
services.
