Shopss.com, an online shopping mall
subsidiary of OSCM-One Stop.Com Inc., signed a $1.8 million advertising pact
with community site operation theglobe.com.

The program will include a year-long advertising program including
sponsorships of
monthly online celebrity chats, as well as the placement of banners, buttons,
text links and e-mail impressions on theglobe.com’s site.

“We have been very pleased with the response to several smaller test ad
campaigns run on theglobe.com’s network of sites,” said Rami Adler, OSCM’s
chief executive officer.

Shopss.com is a virtual shopping mall offering a variety of consumer goods,
electronics and books. Committed shoppers receive a variety of premiums
including a free computer, with a two-year agreement to purchase a minimum of
$30 per month in goods from the Shopss.com mall.
