Socketware and Brightware Form Alliance

E-mail marketing software company Socketware Inc. and Brightware Inc., a supplier of customer
assistance software, formed an alliance to jointly promote each other’s
products and deliver an end-to-end e-mail marketing and customer service
solution.

management and automation application,” said Michael Pridemore, chief executive officer of

Socketware’s e-mail marketing software, Accucast Enterprise, features unlimited

Brightware’s eCustomer Assistance applications offer Web self-service and
