Customized e-mail marketing solutions company Socketware Inc. launched Accucast
Accelerator, a hosted services version of its current in-house e-mail
marketing software, Accucast Enterprise.

Socketware now offers the same advanced technology solution to both its
outsourced and in-house customers.

“With the introduction of Accucast Accelerator, Socketware becomes the only
one-stop-shop for companies seeking best-of-breed e-mail marketing
solutions,” said Michael Pridemore, CEO of Socketware. “Whether you choose to
outsource e-mail marketing or bring it in-house, Accucast delivers the same
improved customer relationships, higher response rates, enhanced customer
data and increased revenue.”

Accucast customers have can access their existing databases, build targeted
distribution lists and create trackable, customized e-mail marketing
campaigns. The user experience is the same except Accelerator customers use
Accucast in a hosted services environment and Enterprise customers use it
in-house, as an installed software solution.

After an initial $1,000 set up fee, Accelerator costs four cents per
delivered e-mail message. Discount pricing is offered for customers with
higher volumes.

Socketware’s Accucast users include Delta Air Lines, Swissair, Internet
Security Systems
(ISS Group), Pivotal Communications, Azerty Inc., Meta Marketing and What’s
Up Interactive.
