San Francisco-based Internet music service Spinner.com has joined VentureDirect
Worldwide’s @dVenture advertising network.
The audio capabilities of Spinner.com, which features about 120 music
channels, allow advertisers to play audio advertisements in addition to
displaying banners on the site. Every hour Spinner.com will play two minutes
of advertisements. Spinner.com claims
1 million unique listeners per month.

The Spinner.com music players–the stand-alone Internet application Spinner
Plus and the Web-based Spinner–display song information as music is
played, while providing links that enable online purchasing and real-time
listener feedback.
