TV onthe WEB Selects Sabela Media for Ad Serving

Sabela Media, an independent ad serving,
tracking and analysis company, signed an agreement with TV onthe WEB, a developer
of a national franchise for live Webcasting.

Sabela Media will provide TV onthe WEB with ad serving capabilities to manage
its online advertising campaigns. Financial arrangements were not disclosed.

Media to offer the customized targeting and analysis our advertisers expect,”
said Tim Swift, president and CEO of TV onthe WEB. “Sabela Media’s
innovative, solutions-based approach, and its reputation for complete,
end-to-end customer service were key factors in our decision making.”

TV onthe WEB will utilize Sabela Media’s specialized ad serving and targeting
engine to deliver ad campaigns that are customized in real time for site
visitors. Sabela Media’s ad server system is independently audited by
PricewaterhouseCoopers.

TV onthe WEB is an affiliate of iNEXTV, which is a subsidiary of Ampex Corp.
The company specializes in narrowcasting to specific business-to-business and
special interest groups through revenue-generating TV channels.
