Dallas-based Wyndham Hotels & Resorts has signed with iVillage.com as the network’s business travel
channel sponsor, making it the first hotel company to partner with the
Internet-based destination for women.

Members of iVillage.com will now have access to a variety of travel tips
collected since 1995 from Wyndham’s program for women business travelers,
Women on Their Way. Wyndham will market various promotional offers and
packages on the site. Financial arrangements were not disclosed.

Wyndham will also test-market various new aspects of Women on Their Way on
iVillage.com, soliciting feedback in order to shape future business
decisions.

Another element of the partnership includes an advertising agreement that
involves the placement of Wyndham banners throughout iVillage.com, and the
development of pages that will act as “bridges” to www.wyndham.com and www.womenbusinesstravelers.com.

Scheduled to launch later this month, these bridge pages will provide members
with detailed information about Wyndham Hotels & Resorts properties, its
resort Personal Vacation Planner concept, as well as Wyndham vacation and
leisure specials.
