Business-to-business digital media service and
technology provider Amplified Holdings Inc. Tuesday signed an agreement with
Preview Systems to use its digital goods
e-commerce platform as a preferred technology for the digital distribution of
music.
Preview Systems will be one of Amplified’s partners in
integrating digital rights management to their network of online retail
affiliates.
Wayne Parker, president of Amplified, said Preview System’s platform will enable Amplified to enhance the value of its services to online retailers.

it demonstrates the company’s confidence in our technology,” said Vincent Pluvinage, chief executive officer of
Preview Systems.
Amplified joins a network of record labels, software publishers, distributors
and service providers, retailers and hardware manufacturers that have adopted
and are deploying Preview’s infrastructure for digital goods commerce. Among
the companies that use Preview’s technology for their digital goods
e-commerce are Beyond.com, buy.com, Corel, EMI Recorded Music, FileMaker,
Ingram Micro, Lotus, Macromedia, Musicland, Navarre’s eSplice, NetObjects,
NetSales, Reciprocal, ReleaseNow.com, Samsung, Supertracks, and Symantec.
