Famous Fixins Inc., a manufacturer and distributor of
celebrity food products,
said it plans to launch celebrityfixins.com on March 1 as “the only online
supermarket dedicated to celebrity food products.”

Celebrityfixins.com will initially offer the company’s products, including
Olympia Dukakis Greek Dressings and Erik Estrada’s Gourmet Chips. Soon after
the launch, the company intends to add other celebrity food products (not
owned by Famous Fixins) to the site, such as Jake LaMotta’s Tomatta Sauce, and
Alan King’s Pickles, creating a virtual supermarket carrying a variety of
celebrity food products.

Many of these products are distributed only regionally; celebrityfixins.com
will make these products available nationwide.

“Consumers will be able to purchase individual items, and personalized gift
baskets consisting of a variety of celebrity food products. We will also offer
a Celebrity Food of the Month Club. Consumers throughout the country have
inquired as to where our products can be purchased. Because demand for our
products is growing more quickly than supermarket distribution, consumers will
now have all of our products, as well as other hard to find celebrity products
at their fingertips,” said Jason Bauer, president of Famous Fixins.
