Duluth, GA-based bib.net Corp., formerly American Realty
Management Services Corp, said it acquired e-commerce bookseller ReligiousMatters.com Inc. for $3
million in bib.net common stock.
bib.net said it plans to retain the staff of ReligiousMatters.com and its
president, Mark Duncan , who will become marketing director for the company.
bib.net said it inherits a contractual relationship with key national book
distributors that have ongoing commitments with ReligiousMatters.com.
ReligiousMatters.com offers Web users a one stop solution for acquiring
religious materials regardless of religious affiliations. Products includes
books and music.
bib.net is an Internet content company with a focus on Web-based business
news and financial information delivered in text and video-audio formats to
business executives and online traders.
