CitX Corp. and NCR Corp. said they have allied to deploy Internet-based document publishing, manufacturing, and delivery services via the CitX fee-for-use Web-enabled payment platform called Intrapay TE.

The new Document-On-Demand concept and methodology is the brainchild of Bernie Roemmele, CEO of CitX. Plans are in place to launch the first series of services into several beta test sites, in the next six to eight weeks.

Services are being readied for the government-court system, insurance and banking sectors. Other services are under development for the health care, retail, financial, manufacturing and services sectors.

CitX will market the new services and provide an Internet-based document repository, an e-commerce platform–Intrapay TE–network-centric application development and major T3 network infrastructure.

CitX sister company, Priority One Electronic Commerce Corp.
of Akron PA, will provide electronic payment processing services to collect
transaction fees in the form of EFT or credit card transactions, for all of the new Document-On-Demand services.

NCR will provide its Data Warehouse, and Teradata Database systems and
technology, plus Data Mining application development.

CitX said it is now negotiating additional alliances with other companies to expand the document publishing functionality of the new Document-On-Demand platform.

CitX is a three-year-old, privately held high-tech company that develops and markets integrated products and services that enable business-to-business and business-to-consumer e-commerce solutions under a transactional fee-for-use payment model.
