CNN/SI, TestDrive Partner to Create Sports Software Store

Sports site CNN/Sports Illustrated (CNN/SI) and TestDrive Corp., provider of software retailing services, partnered to open an Internet specialty sports software store.


The CNN/SI Sports Software Store will offer titles such as games, simulations and screen savers. Financial arrangements were not disclosed.

We want to deliver the best in computer sports software to them in an easy-to-find, easy-to-purchase environment. We chose TestDrive because of its proven ability to create and manage a dynamic, fulfilling and seamlessly integrated merchandising environment.”


Mountain View, CA-based TestDrive’s electronic commerce services offer
customizable, end-to-end electronic commerce solutions, including product
selection and recruitment, store design and implementation, store positioning
and merchandising, traffic acquisition, customer service and support, and
transaction management and reporting.
