Julien Studley and William Millichap, two deans of the commercial real estate
industry, will kickoff a series of commercial real estate workshops at Real
Estate Connect 98: The Commerce and Technology Summit, March 12-14 in San
Francisco.
Also on hand will be New Jersey Online’s Ted Kraus, who operates Property.com, an Internet-based commercial
real estate service that has more than 9,000 members marketing, leasing and
trading more than 100 properties a day.
The three will be joining more than 800 leaders in real estate, technology and the media from 37 states and five countries at Connect 98. The commercial real estate workshops will focus on e-commerce and explore how commercial real estate firms are making money on the Web.
“The commercial real estate industry has invested hundreds of millions of
dollars in new technology,” said Adam Feuerstein, managing editor of Inman Commercial, a real-time online
commercial real estate news service provided by the conference sponsor Inman
News Features. “Connect 98 will focus on commercial real estate firms that are profiting from this investment in technology.”
Workshop topics include: Commercial Real Estate E-Commerce: Doing Business on the Web; Using the Web to Market Multifamily Properties; Going, Going, Sold! Using the Web to Market and Sell Commercial Real Estate; Public or Private: Who Will Control the Commercial Real Estate Data Game?
Users can access the complete commercial real estate workshop and speakers list online.
