CyberBills announced a co-branding
agreement with XOOM.com. Inc. to make its StatusFactory.com Internet-based bill
management service available to XOOM.com’s nearly nine million members.

XOOM.com is the first community site to offer its members access to
CyberBills’ StatusFactory.com, an online bill presentment and payment service
that allows consumers to have a complete bill management process without
having to wait for merchants to adopt electronic billing. Financial
arrangements were not disclosed.

StatusFactory.com offers consumers a total solution to the bill management
process, including the ability to automate payments, customize the types of
e-mail notifications they receive, view and print customized reports, and
retrieve up to 24 months of bill details and transactions.

XOOM.com said it expects that its members will return to its site more
frequently, increasing ad exposures.
“Our relationship with CyberBills reflects the true power behind XOOM.com’s
business and its focus on providing its members with great deals on
high-quality products and services,” said Scott Duffy, vice president of
Sponsorship and Online Sales Development for XOOM.com.

XOOM.com, Inc. attracts consumers by offering free services such as homepage
building, chat rooms, message boards, HTML e-mail, online greeting cards, a
Web page counter, clip art and downloadable software. It targets members with
product and service offers relevant to their needs and interests.
