CyberCash Inc.
and credit card issuer First USA are
teaming up to offer merchants and consumers a one-click way to buy good
sand services online.

InstaBuy, which is built on CyberCash’s new agile wallet platform provides
one-click shopping at any online merchant site using the InstaBuy Service.

“Through our relationship with CyberCash, we can now offer cardmembers
increased convenience to conduct online purchases, while providing our
merchant partners a valuable tool to remove the barriers that inhibit
Internet sales,” said James W. Stewart, executive vice president,
partnership and Internet marketing at First USA, a subsidiary of Bank One.

With InstaBuy, merchants can enable the service as a stand-alone CyberCash
service or as an integrated component of the CyberCash CashRegister
service, a real-time Internet payment processing solution.

The InstaBuy wallet stores a consmer’s personal and billing information. When
the shopper makes a purchase at any InstaBuy enabled merchant site, the
InstaBuy information is automatically sent once the consumer enters a
password.

First USA has approximately 43 million cards issued and $41.6 billion in
total loans outstanding.
