CyberShop Partners With Inktomi

Online retailer CyberShop International, Inc.
Friday entered into a marketing agreement with Inktomi Corp.
to incorporate its products into the Inktomi Shopping Engine.

Terms of the agreement call for CyberShop to feature items from both
its main Web site, which features apparel, toys, appliances and gifts, as well as its electronics.net site on the Inktomi search engine.

The Inktomi Shopping Engine will be incorporated into 20 leading portal and destination
sites across the Web providing shoppers with fast search access to over two million products, the company said.

“The Inktomi Shopping Engine is a terrific tool that will help users compare and purchase products on the
Web,” said Jeff Tauber, CyberShop chairman and CEO.

“The wide distribution for their engine ensures
that our products will be seen by millions of potential customers every day,” said Tauber.
