CyberSource Delivers New Anti-Fraud Services

E-commerce transaction services company CyberSource Corp.
delivered two new professional services offerings aimed at helping businesses
reduce potential online fraud through integration, tuning and training.

The Jump-Start and Tune-Up offerings are the first pre-packaged fraud
solutions from the company’s Global Professional Services Group, which works
for customers by providing custom integration, optimization and enhancement
of the company’s transaction services.

The new offerings, arriving in time for the holiday shopping season, are
designed to help customers rapidly implement and integrate the CyberSource
Internet Fraud Screen service.

The Jump-Start program is designed to orient and train customers just getting
started with the CyberSource Internet Fraud Screen service. The Tune-Up
program is designed to assist current fraud screen users in taking full
advantage of the service through upgrades and retuning based on analysis of
historical data and changing requirements.

“With the Jump-Start and Tune-Up offerings, customers gain our strength in
e-commerce
transaction services as well as the technical and cross-industry expertise
of our professional services team to implement an effective risk management
solution,” said Joe Richards, senior vice president of global professional
services for CyberSource.

During a week of training, consulting services and documentation, the
Jump-Start and Tune-Up offerings help customers gain hands-on technical
support for tuning, setting up or upgrading the fraud screening applications
and conduct an ROI analysis for their fraud solution, among other things.

CyberSource’s Internet commerce suite offers customer-controlled, real-time
services including, payment services, gift certificate and promotional
services, tax services, risk management services, distribution control
services and fulfillment management services.
