EDUVERSE Signs Distribution Agreement With Digital River

EDUVERSE Accelerated Learning Systems Inc., a technology-based
developer, manufacturer, marketer and publisher of educational software
products, signed a distribution agreement with ESD firm Digital River.


The agreement will make its award-winning English language instruction course
and software readily available in more than 700 online retail outlets. Financial
arrangements were not disclosed.

able to furnish our customers with the ability to purchase our products from
their favorite Internet retail stores while having delivery options ranging
from electronic download
of ENGLISH PRO software to physical delivery of our retail shrink-wrapped

excellent e-commerce technology, made Digital River the clear choice as our e-
commerce partner.”


Digital River, based in Minneapolis, provides more than 2,000 software
publishers and online retailers with its proprietary technology for Internet
delivery of more than 131,000
software and other digital products.


EDUVERSE produces ENGLISH PRO–a software program with technology proven to
teach anyone spoken English up to five times faster than conventional methods,
regardless of their native tongue. EDUVERSE also has launched freeENGLISH.net,
a vertical Web site devoted exclusively to providing English
language instruction for free to the Internet-enabled marketplace. At the
heart of freeENGLISH.net is freeENGLISH, a premium English as a Second
Language (ESL) program. The freeENGLISH application streams lessons and
advertisements over the Internet.
