eSupportNow , a provider of online
customer service and sales support for e-commerce sites, signed three new
clients: movecentral.com, VerticalOne.com and ServiSense.com.
movecentral.com, which helps businesses
reach the relocation market, will eSN’s NowReps to help users register for
the site’s interactive change-of-address service.
VerticalOne, which helps consumers
organize and consolidate their banking, credit card and frequent flyer
accounts, contracted with eSN to provide a full line of customer service and
sales support services including personal one-on-one real-time interaction,
in-bound e-mail management programs and traditional teleservices.
ServiSense, a provider of bundled
utility services, will use eSN’s NowReps to sign up new customers through
interactive customer service and traditional call-center support.
Financial terms of the various arrangements were not disclosed.
Founded in 1998, eSupportNow provides online customer service and sales
support. eSN is a member of The Cross Country Group.
