Harbinger Upgrades TrustedLink EDI/400

E-commerce firm Harbinger Corp. delivered TrustedLink EDI/400 V3.1, the latest release of the company’s software for IBM AS/400 systems.


Featuring an enhanced visual data-mapping facility, TrustedLink EDI/400
accelerates implementation and deployment of enterprise e-commerce solutions,
enabling organizations to rapidly extend their trading communities and
exchange standard business documents, such as invoices and purchase orders,
with customers and suppliers, the company said.


Leveraging IBM’s AS/400e client/server technology, the latest version of
TrustedLink EDI/400 is designed to enable organizations to automate the flow of trading
information with their business applications. The enhanced data mapping
capabilities were created to simplify the trading partner configuration process while
providing rapid ERP application integration.


“The availability of TrustedLink EDI/400 V3.1 represents a new foundation in a
worldwide family of AS/400 products,” said James Travers, president and
general manager of Harbinger’s Software Solutions Division. “We are committed
to the AS/400 EC market and we continue to invest in our product line to
provide our customer base with best-in-class electronic commerce solutions.”
Pricing was not disclosed.
