E-commerce solution provider Internet Tradeline Inc. (ITI) signed a
deal with Times Company Digital (TCD), the Internet business unit of The New
York Times Co., to offer its services to clients of New York Today and boston.com.

In addition, ITI will serve as the recommended e-commerce provider for the
Web sites of the 21 newspapers in The New York Times Regional Newspaper
Group. Financial arrangements were not disclosed.

The relationship with ITI will enable New York Today and boston.com retail
advertisers to establish e-commerce enabled online stores, which can be
accessed directly from the New York Today and boston.com Web sites.

Users
will be able to search for products and services offered by local merchants
and complete transactions online.

Using its proprietary Point & Shop branded solution, ITI
will build the merchants’ online stores at no initial cost, as well as
provide hosting and customer service support, for a low monthly fee.

New York
Today and boston.com will sell the service and support and promote the
merchants through their sales and advertising activities.
