iPrint Signs Deal to Locate on MSN Shopping Service

Microsoft has selected iPrint.com, an online print shop, as a
featured provider of print shop services for its MSN Shopping channel.

Financial arrangements were not disclosed.

The iPrint.com service lets consumers and small businesses create and order
printed products such as business cards, letterhead, invoices, photo mouse
pads and photo T-shirts.

“iPrint.com is a great example of an Internet company that significantly
improves a traditional business,” said Deborah Levinger, senior business
manager at MSN Shopping. “With 24/7 convenience, significant cost-savings, and
endless design possibilities, iPrint.com provides a service that is hard to
match offline.”

“We are thrilled to be working with Microsoft,” said Royal P. Farros,
president and CEO of iPrint.com. “Being featured on MSN Shopping is a great
way to introduce an entirely new group of Internet shoppers to our exciting
online print service.”

Under terms of the one-year agreement, visitors can reach iPrint.com in
the Small Office Department on MSN Shopping. In addition, iPrint.com will
feature its products in MSN Shopping Gift Guides and Daily Specials.
