Boulder, CO-based NETdelivery Corp., a developer of
Electronic Delivery Management (EDM) technology, said that Richard W.
Stranger has joined the company as president.


Stranger, who will also serve as a member of the company’s board of
directors, joins NETdelivery as it embarks on an expansion program into the
accelerating electronic billing market.


Stranger brings more than 25 years of business operations experience to
NETdelivery, including stints in corporate finance, strategic planning,
administration, accounting, personnel, acquisitions, and systems and
management information.


He most recently served as chief financial officer for Denver-based Eaton
Metal Products Co. He previously held senior management positions with
First Chicago, Banker’s Trust, and the Deerpath Group.


Founded in 1995, privately held NETdelivery has developed and patented
Electronic Delivery Management technology, a system that enables the
automatic delivery of personalized electronic information directly to a
customer’s desktop via the Internet for billing purposes.
