E-commerce software provider Open Market, Inc. today announced the release of version 3.4 of its ShopSite Pro and ShopSite Manager store-building software.


ShopSite software is an online store-creation system designed to allow
merchants to build and maintain catalogs of products to sell on the
Internet.


Open Market said new features include faster searching tools, improved indexing and sorting capabilities, and enhanced page updating and button customization, as well as the addition of payment options and improvements to security and image uploads.


“Its been only two months since the acquisition of ICentral, and we’ve
already beefed up these products to make them more robust, with new
capabilities and payment options,” said Gail Goodman, vice president of
Open Market’s Internet commerce products. “These products fit perfectly
into our full suite of packaged Internet commerce software applications for
the networked marketplace.”
