Photos To Go in New York, which claims to be the largest source of photographic images on the Web, entered a marketing alliance with Wired Digital to increase its online presence via the HotBot Shopping Directory.

“Through this alliance, Photos To Go will be on the screens of 7.5 million
monthly users offering consumers quick and easy access to our collection of
over 300,000 images,” said Bahar Gidwani, CEO of Index Stock Photography Inc., the parent company of Photos To Go.

Financial terms of the arrangement were not disclosed.

Photos To Go will be a featured link in the shopping directory’s
Photography/Images category and will also appear in banner advertising that
will accompany consumer search results giving visitors the opportunity to
obtain photos related to their search topic.

“We are pleased to be partnering with Photos To Go as one of our directory
merchants,” said Rick Boyce, senior vice president of advertising sales and
commerce for Wired Digital. “Its extensive collection will provide our
customers with direct access to a multitude of images and will save them time
and money.”

The HotBot Shopping Directory will also include online retailers Microsoft
Expedia, barnesandnoble.com, Gap, ONSALE, and iMall.

Index Stock is a stock photography agency representing more than 775
professional photographers. It has more than 1.5 million photos in its
library, and provides images for advertisers, graphic designers, publishers
and multimedia products.
