Blaze Software Inc. said that healthcare
e-commerce site PlanetRx.com a leading Internet has
selected its Blaze Advisor Solutions Suite to personalize online customer
product recommendations.
PlanetRx.com will use Advisor to offer customers individualized product
recommendations and remedies for specific health topics and problems.
Financial arrangements were not disclosed.

Blaze markets the all-Java Blaze Advisor Solutions Suite for high-volume

customer preferences.
Blaze
personalization is designed to be easily extended across touchpoints (Web,
IVR, call centers) and across processes (customer, employee, partner and
supplier).
