Web-based B2B real estate solutions provider RealEstate.com and Cityfeet.com, a provider of for-lease
space listings and real estate services signed an agreement to create an
online database of commercial real estate space available for lease.
The agreement includes co-branded Web applications and provides businesses
access to Cityfeet’s local market property listings. Financial arrangements
between the companies were not disclosed.
Cityfeet will host, operate, develop and maintain the co-branded site located
at cityfeet.realestate.com.
RealEstate.com will provide a hyperlink to the co-branded site, where
business owners and real estate professionals will have access to
RealEstate.com’s products and services including customized, individual Web
sites, market data, financing information and
more than 400 pages of content.
“Cityfeet has a localized, on-the-ground approach, canvassing every landlord
and every block of property in their target markets,” said RealEstate.com

those markets. RealEstate.com’s alliance with Cityfeet allows our customers
access to Cityfeet’s definitive database of space for lease.”
Cityfeet.com provides prospective commercial tenants with space
availabilities, including detailed descriptions, asking prices, measurements,
costs, photographs, floorplans and a map with the location of the building
highlighted on it.
