Shop.org, the trade association for online
retailers, has added three new members to its staff.

Ray Greenly has joined the association as the Director of Member Services.
Sherry Syence has been appointed the director of marketing and
communications. Susan Nocitra has been named the manager of member operations.

Shop.org said the staff additions are part of its mission to grow the
association in scope and size, add new services and round out operations.

“Shop.org just celebrated its second anniversary as a full-service
association, and we’ve more than quadrupled our membership this past year
alone,” said Bob Smith, who has served as the association’s executive
director since November 1997.

Greenly comes to the association after a 20-year career with the American
Society of Travel Agents (ASTA), where he was most recently vice president of
chapter and member services.

Syence has more than a decade of experience in the communications industry.
She comes to Shop.org from the Petroleum Marketers Association of America,
where she served as the director of marketing communications and programs.

Nocitra who comes to Shop.org with more than 15 years of experience in the
consumer marketing industry, has worked in both the agency and corporate
sectors.

Prior to joining Shop.org, she was a senior account manager with
Medicalliance, where she partnered with the pharmaceutical industry to
develop medical communications programs.

Shop.org, with more than 300 member companies, represent all segments of
online retailing, including virtual retailers, conventional retailers,
catalogers, manufacturers and companies providing products and services for online retailers.
