Web 3000.com, publisher of NetSonic, a free
“Internet Accelerator,” signed a partner agreement with Gator.com, which offers a smart online
companion that remembers passwords and fills in order forms for consumers at
every site on the Web.

“By offering Gator to our NetSonic users, we are providing even more value to
them by streamlining their online experience,” said Gene Kavner, CEO of
Web3000.com.

“Gator’s remarkable ability to speed up form filling and making
purchases over the Internet fits perfectly with our commitment to make the
Web surfer’s experience as good as it can possibly be.”

Web3000.com said it will automatically distribute Gator with NetSonic for
free. Financial arrangements between the companies were not disclosed.

NetSonic has been installed by over 2.75 million consumers and is growing at
the rate of 10,000 new users everyday, the company says. Gator.com says it
has registered
approximately 500,000 users since its launch this past June.
