DataCore Software Corporation, a provider of storage virtualization and networking software, today announced that it has raised over $30 million in its current round of funding.
The company said Vista Equity Partners, based in San Francisco, was the lead investor in the round. New Enterprise Associates and OneLiberty Ventures, the initial institutional investors, also made significant follow-up investments.

The company said it will use its funds to increase its customer base, grow and build upon major OEM and reseller relationships providing `Powered by DataCore(TM)’ solutions to enterprise accounts and expand its global presence in North America, Europe and Asia.
