Fujitsu Computer Products of America, (FCPA), a supplier of hard drives and computer peripherals, has formed the Partner Force Program for storage solution providers and value added resellers (VARs). The company said the program will offer pre-sales, post-sales, and technical support to the company’s partners.

According to FCPA, the Partner Force Program was developed to provide support from product inception to product deployment. The company said interoperability testing with component manufacturers allows customers to receive solutions that are pre-configured reducing time of deployment. With these objectives in mind, Fujitsu designed its new Firmware And Compatibility Testing (FACT) Lab.

In addition, Fujitsu said the cornerstone of its post-sales support is a continued dialogue with solution providers to ensure their customers’ ongoing satisfaction. As part of this post-sales support, Fujitsu technical support includes compatibility support managers; Website support including product training, education and product literature; field support from technical specialists; and an 800-number.
