IBM Selects NovaStor backup software for Training Courses

NovaStor Corporation announced this week that the IBM PC Institute has selected its NovaNET 8 network tape backup software for use in a new Tape Device training class titled, Tape Storage Devices.


According to NovaStor, this course demonstrates how companies can use NovaNET 8 network tape backup to offer a comprehensive backup solution to any Linux business server. NovaNET 8 for Linux is available in multiple versions, from the standalone NovaNET 8 SE version to NovaNET 8 Alliance with support for Linux, Windows and NetWare in the same product.


IBM said the IBM PC Institute is a global training program designed to help sales, technical, and service professionals build their skills on IBM personal computer and eServer solutions. It offers sales training, technical training, help desk training, professional certification, and service training.
