LSI Logic Storage Products Receives Windows 2000 Certification

Storage vendor LSI Logic Storage Systems, Inc. today announced it has earned certification from the Microsoft Windows Hardware Quality Labs for its entire MetaStor E-Series family of enterprise class storage systems.


“This certification, as well as certification from other operating systems suppliers, assures our customers that all E-Series products will perform properly when connected to systems using the leading operating systems,” said Gerard Meluso, director of alliances for LSI Logic Storage Systems, Inc.


MetaStor products now supports Windows 2000 and NT, Sun Solaris, Hewlett-Packard HP-UX, IBM AIX, SGI IRIX, Novell NetWare and the Linux operating systems.
