NAS Vendor Procom Technology Inc. today announced the addition of two storage industry veterans to lead its eastern and central area sales team as companywide efforts are accelerated to capture a larger share of a market that is increasingly in need of high-availability networked storage.
Allan Moss and Richard Fera have joined Procom as regional managers for Central and Eastern Regions, respectively.
“The time is ripe for Procom to press its innovative technology and performance advantage, and we have chosen two accomplished and talented leaders in sales management to help us do this,” said Jack Bonne, Procom’s Vice President of worldwide sales and technical support. “Alan and Richard’s marketing savvy, channel partner experience, proven sales track records and knowledge of networked storage will enhance Procom’s distribution channel network and contribute considerably to our success.”
Moss has extensive experience in developing channel partner programs, coordinating sales and marketing efforts in the field and managing product life cycles at companies within the storage and computer industries. Immediately prior to joining Procom, he was Senior Territory Manager – Midwest Region for Data General/EMC Corp.
Fera brings extensive experience in distribution channel development and sales management to Procom. He joins Procom’s sales force from Sanyo ICON, where he served as the Eastern Regional Director. Fera was also Vice President Eastern Region for Bonneco and Eastern Regional Director at McDonnell Douglas Microdata. He holds a bachelor of science degree from Salem College.
