Quantum Corp., a supplier of tape storage products, today announced a North American reseller support program.
The program, entitled Quantum DLTtape Access, uses a custom Web site to make available product training, marketing and technical information about Quantum’s DLTtape and Super DLTtape products to resellers who register on-line. The goal of the Quantum DLTtape Access program is to equip resellers with real-time information and educate them about Quantum branded DLTtape products, while providing tools to maximize sales growth.
“Resellers want immediate access to product support,” said Jo-Ann Downey, vice president of Quantum’s DLTtape Worldwide Channel Marketing. “The Quantum DLTtape Access program delivers that confidence by giving participating resellers a 24 X 7, one-stop link to current product information, market education, product training, marketing programs and sales tools.” Resellers who register to participate also have access to DLTtape and Super DLTtape drive demo units, training on new tape storage products and new product information from the DLTtape Access program site.
