Storage Computer Corporation this week announced that they have reached an agreement in principle to settle the patent infringement litigation brought by Storage Computer against Xiotech and Seagate in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas, Dallas Division. Settlement documentation and the terms of licensing arrangements are being finalized.
