TeraCloud Corporation, a provider of storage resource management (SRM) solutions for both distributed and mainframe environments, today announced its participation in EMC’s E-Infostructure(TM) Developers Program (EIDP).

Through its membership in EMC’s program, TeraCloud says it ensures its customers that its SRM products are interoperable with EMC’s Enterprise Storage and software. Through its solutions, TeraCloud says it allows companies to manage storage as a strategic asset, reducing the risks associated with storage, decreasing the total cost of ownership and improving internal service-level performance.

TeraCloud is a member of the EMC E-Infostructure Developers Program that provides wide-scale access to EMC APIs, which are software paths into Enterprise Storage systems and software. The program is designed to enable customers to select from, and rapidly integrate, a large variety of information management, sharing and protection tools.
