ADP Alliance Pays Off for Concur

Dec 19, 2001

Looking for a path that will lead to access to thousands of businesses? Just follow ADP, the payroll, benefits and human resource services giant.

That approach seems to be working for Concur, a corporate expense management solution provider based in Redmond, Wash. According to the company, in 2001, it has added more than 250 ASP customers through its reseller alliance with ADP.

ADP Expense eXpert, ADP’s private label version of Concur Expense, is designedt to automate the travel and entertainment expense management process — from expense report preparation and approval to policy compliance, reimbursement, and data analysis — to increase traveler and back-office productivity while uncovering travel spending trends.

“Through our alliance with Concur, we have been able to provide our clients a proven and reliable T&E expense management solution specifically designed to meet the needs of mid-sized companies,” said Jose Rivero, vice president and general manager, Major Accounts Division, eBusiness Services for ADP.

Steve Singh, chairman, president and CEO for Concur called the 250 customers “a significant milestone in our ASP distribution channel strategy.”
