Just weeks after announcing its new distribution model for the ASP market, ASP enabler and eServices provider Agiliti Inc. added three new sales partners.

The new sales partners are Andata Technology, Computer Integration Technologies (CIT) and Revolution Consulting.

Agiliti Inc. announced its first partnerships in late March with software developers Great Plains and Microsoft Corp., Web-based developers eAlity and Agillion and e-commerce provider Intershop.

As a result of their alliances with Agiliti, the sales partners can deliver custom packages of rentable applications to end-user customers regardless of where the applications are hosted, with the long-term goal of making business software rental simpler and less expensive. Sales partners meter each client and bill for application usage based on number of users, on hourly usage or on the individual features of particular applications.

“Agiliti allows us to augment our existing services with new revenue stream of ASP services,” James Cox, managing partner, Andata, said. “Their model also means that we are able to expand the kinds of services we can offer out clients without the headache and expense of building u pa significant IT staff or technology infrastructure.”

Agiliti’s technology allows the company to aggregate and manage rentable applications and services for sales partners and end-users regardless of where the applications and services are hosted, and ensures secure, reliable delivery of these offerings.

Agiliti’s sales partnerships are based on a revenue sharing agreement. The company, acting as a distributor for its partners, receives a variable percentage based on the sale of each service sold.
