iManageexecutives say they are saddened to say that company CFO Mark Culhane announced he will be leaving at the end of August.

The San Mateo, Calif.-based company specializes in e-business content and collaboration management software.

Culhane says he has accepted the number two management position at DemandTec, an enterprise software company backed by Crosspoint Venture Partners.

“We’re very excited for Mark, who has been a major asset to iManage in our growth from a private company through our successful initial public offering in 1999 to where we are today in expanding our penetration in multiple markets,” says, iManage president and CEO Max Panjwani. “Mark’s accomplishments at iManage prepared him for this valuable career opportunity. We will miss him, but we wish him all the best in his new position.”

Culhane says he will assist the company in a consulting role until his successor is appointed.
